Our therapeutic support for you is delivered in different types of counselling sessions based on your needs.  

1) Individual Counselling

  • A dedicated therapist will work individually with participants to attain desired mental health outcomes and overcome negative beliefs.
  • Facilitate self-knowledge, emotional acceptance and growth.
  • One-on-one session to help participants gain greater insight in life.

2) Group Counselling

  • A peer discussion session in small group settings.
  • Participants can learn from each other and connect over shared experiences, whilst setting goals as a group.
  • Improve teamwork and communication skills thereby increasing participant employability.

3) Group Therapy

  • Various professionals work together with participants to maximise support.
  • Accomplish goals together as a group.
  • Advisable for participants who are already familiar with the progression of overcoming mental health issues.

4) Community Engagement Assistance

  • Group sessions between several participants. 
  • Support participants by improving their interactions as well as their social networks.
  • Recognise and plan out community goals, not just personal goals.
